Baota group has attached enough importance to the construction of the Party and the work of the Communist Youth League for many years. The group constituted temporary party branch in 1998 and constituted general party on December 2000. On March 2003 our group founded party committee of the group company and now there are two sub party committees (party committee of Yingchuan University and party committee of Baota Linzhou petrochemical co.,ltd), one main party branch ， twenty-six branches of CCP, and about 537communist party members.(including 261 commies of Yingchuan University thereinto). Communist Youth League Committee was constituted on June 2003. There are more than 1100 Communist Youth League members in our enterprise. Our party and league have organized many kinds of activities.

Our group company has made OA come true basically and has more than 200 computers.

《 Baota petrochemical network 》 have send out over 1000 pieces of information ,over 200,000 words, nearly 10,000 pieces of pictures and more than 100,000 visitors visited the network in the past four years.

Since the company was founded we have held 6 large literary and art performances. Every factory stations have held more than 30 diminutive evening parties. And we have held over 30 times of every kind of gymnastic competitions. The election activity that names 《 My Homestead 》 is held by the publicity department. Workers' go out performances. The second athletic meeting that is participated by our workers.

《 Baota Petrochemical Newspaper 》 propagandized the stratagem policy and management spirit of our company properly. This newspaper also publish poems, essays, allegrettos, songs, handwritings, fine arts and so on which are created by our workers.

《 Yingchuan University 》 newspaper and 《 Academic Newspaper of Yingchuan University 》 are important campus literature and academic scientific research carriers of Yingchuan University. 《 Academic Newspaper of Yingchuan University 》 collects almost 100 pieces and about one million dissertations which are written by scholars of Lanzhou University, Huabei Electric Power University, Ningxia University, Yingchuan University and high-class technical experts of enterprises .
